We are passionate advocates of the right of girls and women to overcome all forms of barriers and challenges to reach their fullest potential by transforming their threats and challenges into opportunities and thus assert their economic human rights and thrive
We have designed and tested programs, packages and tools that we have placed at the disposal of various categories of girls and women in quest of economic advancement:
- Managerial and leadership Face to Face and online capacity building workshops, seminars, webinars, coaching and mentoring programs for businesswomen;
- Online and face to face Coaching and mentoring managerial and leadership programs for young business girls whose businesses are struggling and need a “push” to pick up, grow and flourish;
- Online and face to face coaching and mentoring programs for young girls who have graduated or about to graduate from schools and require assistance to build their employability skills and confidence;
- Women and girls’ social groups and associations in quest for leadership skills development and team building.
